Eligibility
No age limit. Bachelor's degree with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwD). No limit.
Selection Process
CAT Examination
Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension (VARC), Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR), Quantitative Aptitude (QA). 66 questions, 198 marks, 2 hours.
GD/PI/WAT (institute-wise)
Each IIM/B-school conducts own Group Discussion, Personal Interview, and Written Ability Test. Shortlisting based on CAT score + profile.

India's premier management entrance exam. Gateway to all 20 IIMs and 1200+ other business schools. Conducted by one of the IIMs on a rotating basis. Scores used for MBA, PGDM, and Executive programmes.
